Vijay Eswaran is the Group Executive Chairman of QI group, which is the organization that is empowering graduates to take a twist when it comes to gaining financial stability.

What Eswaran Does

Vijay Eswaran informs his learners that today, people are dominated by the wrong mentality that has deprived them the chance to become what they once dreamt of. It is due to conservative thinking that fresh graduates aspire to work for people rather than starting and growing their jobs. More than 90 percent of modern students fail to recognize the fact that they can gain their own work experience without having to work for someone else.

Through his knowledge of the corporate world, Eswaran and the QI group provides graduates with the ideas they need to explore their leadership and innovative potentials thereby gaining financial success.

Through his teachings, Vijay called on his students to become creative and then making sure that whatever they choose to undertake is done in a systematic manner. Being the leaders and team members of their projects is one of the ways of ensuring that their plans go through.

Vijay also added that the key aspect of success is evaluating oneself and identifying some of the things that can help one become a successful leader and innovator. The two working environments include using an open-minded mentality and ensuring that there is an availability of a structured environment that allows one to work methodically.

After school, getting to be absorbed into the job market is something that most graduates struggle with. However, it is imperative for them to look things in a bigger picture, which means creating private jobs.

This can be best done when graduates do not seek to work for others immediately after school, but looking for job experience by coming up with various unique business ideas and working on them.
