Shiraz Boghani is a joint partner of a home’s caring service center called Sussex Health Care. It was founded in 1985 and has been offering healthcare services in Sussex for over 25 years. It currently has 500beds in over 18 care homes. Sussex healthcare offers specialized treatment in Alzheimer’s disease, neurological disorder and offers care for the elderly. Shiraz Boghani oversees the operation and makes strategic advises to the management giving them the edge they need to make a difference.

He is also in the hospitality industry and has more than 30 years’ experience in this industry. He is the splendid Hotels Group managing partner, Director and Chairman. The splendid hotel under his leadership has grown to become one of the fastest growing privately group owned hotels in the U.K. The splendid group has grown and currently has twenty hotels with a capacity of two thousand rooms. Shiraz Boghani is also the chairman and founding partner of Hotels LLP. He is also one of the pioneers who suggested limited service brands to hotels.

The splendid group of hotels are of quality and are characterized based on comfort and levels of construction. He continuously manages the re –innovation, design, comfort and operation of all of his hotels throughout England.

Shiraz Boghani won the award of the Hotelier of the Year Award in 2016 because of his Leadership in the hotel industry. He is a chartered accountant, and active philanthropic. He joined the Ismail Community National Council and chairs the National center of Arbitration Board. He has also built the biggest hotel in London.

Shiraz Boghani was born in Kenya on October 1950, He settled in the United Kingdom in 1969 and worked as an accountant in KPMG. He attended the Khan University. He is a man of great vision and compassion and supports many charities.
