Penelope Kokkinides is the Chief Administrative officer at InnovaCare, Inc. since 2015. She served as the Chief operating officer in the same organization and as the vice president of clinical operations. She has been operating in the healthcare sector for more than 20 years specializing in government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
